At Vault Spray Foam LLC, we specialize in all types of spray insulation. We offer whole home energy screening and audits, to monitor air leaks and thermal control. Using our infrared technology, we're able to identify hot and cold spots through out the building to ensure your home or business is a good candidate for spray foam insulation.

We offer two different types of spray foam, open cell spray foam and closed cell spray foam. Open cell spray foam is used on the majority of projects in Alabama, like existing attics and most new construction. We typically spray it between 4-6" and it is great fro sealing off all the gaps and cracks and is best for sound attenuation/ sound proofing. Alternatively, closed cell spray foam is utilized in metal buildings such as a commerical building, warehouse, pole barn, barndominium, or when spraying against concrete, like on a block wall of a basement. Its best attribute is its waterproofing agent. After applying 1 1/2" of closed cell spray foam, it offers a true vapor barrier. It is a stronger and more durable foam and has a higher R-value of seven (7) per inch.

How expensive is spray foam insulation? Not as expensive as you may think. Is it more expensive than other types of insulation? Yes, it is but, will you get a return on your investment? Absolutely! Most studies show that the majority of homeowners after having spray foam installed in their current residence, they will recoup the cost of their project between two (2) and four (4) years, given the spray foam is installed properly. This return is just on energy savings alone, and you'll also gain from the other great benefits of spray foam. Between our financing options, and the $1200 federal tax credit when having spray foam insulation installed your primary residence, you can really jump in and start maximizing savings for your family.

We accept many forms of payment once your project is complete. For your convenience, we accept cash, or check, allow for ACH electronic transfers to pay directly from your checking account, credit card and debit cards. Our most popular payment options allow you to finance your project to get started when you need it most: The first is through Alabama Power's SMART Financing: which allows you to cover the entire cost of your insulation project and pay for it broken up into your monthly power bills. The second financing option is through Wisetack, which offers 0% interest financing for the entire cost of the project over 6-48 months. This allows you to start your insulation project with little to no money down and helps you to start earning energy savings sooner rather than later.
