Respectful Communication: Employees and marketers should maintain a professional and respectful tone in all online communications. Avoid making discriminatory or offensive statements.

 

Personal Use: When using social media for personal purposes, employees and marketers should avoid making any statements that could be misconstrued as representing the official views of Vault Spray Foam LLC.

 

Employee Social Media Use

 

Personal Accounts: Employees are permitted to use their personal social media accounts to discuss their work at Vault Spray Foam LLC, but they should avoid disclosing confidential information or making negative comments about the company, its products, or services.

 

Disclaimers: If employees choose to discuss their work on social media, they should include a disclaimer clarifying that their views are their own and do not necessarily represent the official position of Vault Spray Foam LLC.

 

Third-Party Marketer Social Media Use

Third-party marketers representing Vault Spray Foam LLC on social media platforms must adhere to all the guidelines outlined in this policy.

In addition, they must also have a written agreement with Vault Spray Foam LLC that outlines their specific social media responsibilities and content approval processes.

 

Social Media Monitoring

Vault Spray Foam LLC reserves the right to monitor all social media activity related to the company, including employee and third-party marketer posts.

 

Enforcement

Violations of this social media policy may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment for employees or termination of contracts for third-party marketers.

 

Training

Vault Spray Foam LLC will provide training to employees and third-party marketers on this social media policy and best practices for social media use.

 

Updates

This social media policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in social media practices, laws, and regulations.
